The company Termínovka hereinafter referred to as "controller" or "we") as the controller collects and processes personal data of visitors to the website/web pages https://www.terminovka.sk hereinafter referred to as "data subject" or "user" or "you") (hereinafter referred to as "personal data"), to which it hereby provides information within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27. 04. 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the "GDPR" or the "Regulation") as well as with regard to Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and on the amendment and supplementation of certain acts, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Act on the protection of personal data").

2) upon request, require the data controller to correct incorrect or outdated personal data or to complete incomplete personal data;
3) upon request, request the erasure/destruction of personal data from the data controller's company if:
a) the personal data are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected or otherwise processed;
b) where personal data have been processed on the basis of consent and that consent has been withdrawn in the absence of any other legal basis for the processing of personal data or any other lawful exception;
c) where the data subject objects to the processing of personal data on the basis of a legitimate interest and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for processing or the data subject objects to direct marketing;
d) the personal data are unlawfully processed;
e) personal data must be erased in order to comply with a legal obligation;
4) upon request, require the controller to restrict the processing of personal data if:
a) the data subject objects to the accuracy of the personal data during a period allowing the controller's company to verify the accuracy of the personal data;
b) the processing of the personal data is unlawful and the data subject objects to the erasure of the personal data and requests instead the restriction of their use;
c) the controller no longer needs the personal data for the purpose of processing the personal data, but the data subject needs them to exercise a legal claim;
5) on request, to request from the controller the personal data concerning him or her which he or she has provided to the controller and, where technically feasible and where the processing is carried out by automated means, the right to transfer those personal data to another controller;
6) file a petition to initiate proceedings with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW CONSENT
If the processing of personal data is based on a legal basis, which is consent, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time.
The data subject shall be entitled to submit requests in relation to the above rights to the responsible person of the controller at the e-mail address: [email protected] or by registered letter delivered to the controller, from which the identity and the right whose exercise the data subject requests shall be evident, or in person at the controller's premises. In the subject line of the e-mail or letter it is necessary to indicate: 'PERSONAL DATA - COOKIES'.
Replies to those requests by the data subject or action taken in response to those requests shall be provided free of charge. Where a request from a data subject is manifestly unfounded or inappropriate, in particular because of its repetitive nature (repeated requests), the controller shall have the right to charge a fee taking into account its administrative costs for providing the information or a reasonable fee taking into account its administrative costs for communicating or taking the requested action, or to refuse to act on such a request.
