Yes. The banner meets both GDPR and ePrivacy requirements — consent is freely given, granular, and revocable. We store proof of every consent, which you can export for the regulator at any time.
What is Google Consent Mode v2 and why do I need it?+
Consent Mode v2 tells Google services (Analytics, Ads) whether the visitor consented. Without it, since 2024 you can lose remarketing and accurate measurement. Cookienovo sets it up for you — both basic and advanced modes.
How many languages does the banner support?+
The banner interface (buttons and texts) is available in 24 languages — all official languages of the European Union. On top of that, we automatically translate cookie descriptions into 47 languages, so the banner is understandable to visitors from all over Europe and beyond. Everything shows automatically based on the visitor's language.
Can I customise the banner to my brand?+
Absolutely. In the live editor you set the position (9 combinations), theme (light/dark), width, colours, logo, icon, and all texts. On the Pro plan and higher you can also remove “Powered by Cookienovo”.
How do reseller / agency accounts work?+
As an agency you get a developer account that sees all your clients — their sites, scan status, and billing. You add and manage clients from one place in the hierarchy.
What happens when the trial ends?+
Nothing dramatic — single-page sites stay on the Free plan forever. If you need more pages or Consent Mode, you can upgrade to a paid plan anytime without downtime.
Do you store visitors' personal data?+
We store only anonymised proof of consent (time, version, categories) — without identifying the person. Data is on servers in the EU.
